In 1997, a few years after Puget Power & WNG merged to form PSE, Chris who was the Window Division Manager left to start Emerald City. With him came two of the Northwest's premier installation companies. Bill Walmer, partner & owner of About Time Glass with over 30 years experience in the industry runs the installations side of the business. Also, Gregg George, owner of CF Builders manages our north end installations. Gregg also brings his over 25 years of window industry experience to our team. These three run an office & installation staff second to none in the Northwest, providing superior service to thousands over the last ten (10) years. Emerald City is licensed, insured, & bonded for your protection. Most companies only carry the Washington State required one million dollar insurance policy.
