Tipton was very communicative, personable and did a fabulous job with the installation! Kyle was also helpful in scheduling the appointments. We had them install a skywall in May and because Tipton and co. did such a great job, we went with them for our new storm door, requesting Tipton for the install. Outstanding! 5 stars. Hanson and Corey arrived at the scheduled time and were friendly, experienced and professional. They were thorough and efficient with the replacement of our windows.

I had some seals in my Milgard wndows fail and ECE did the work to replace the glass for me. It was easy to work with them, one initial phone call and follow ups by text/email messages after that. RIley came out to take measurements and later came back when the glass was ready to do the actual replacement. The work was very well done.

I'll start by saying the installer that came to replace my glass was great. He was prompt, courteous, in and out and left no mess at all. The only negative is this was to replace a window that was previously installed by this company. The window had a crack that appear from the corner and went diagonally about 70% down. Somehow, this was not covered under the warranty (part of the reason I went with this company was the warranty). So this replacement was $800.

The window installation team was friendly and professional. They did an amazing job installing the new window and retaining the original 40-year old interior trim. Thorough job kaulking and sealing then perfect cleanup to complete the job.

Replaced our front doors recently and they did an excellent job. We’re extremely happy with the result and they were quick and efficient with the work. And cleaned up after themselves which we always appreciate!

Hanson and Corey did a great job installing my flooring in my family room. A few things I was appreciative of was the communication and promptness.They checked with me for a good time to begin the project, stated a time frame for completion and kept to this schedule. They actually finished a day early! And they played with my very vocal active doggie. I highly recommend Emerald City and hope to use them again soon for my door installation. Definitely 5 star!!!

Tipton did a great job installing our new screen door. The frame from the old one was falling off and he was able to replace that, dispose of our old screen and install the new one with no hiccups! He also did a great job with alignment, ensuring there was the perfect sized clearance under the door to keep air from entering but allowing the it to go over our entry mat. Well done!

The Emerald City team was fantastic to work with. They made the whole process seamless, from the estimate, financing, and actual work done. We had all the windows replaced on a rental property and it looks fantastic. Tipton and his team were on time daily and they walked me through all the work to ensure satisfaction. Will work with Emerald City again in the future.

Hansen and Cory both did exceptional work. The installation required some extra modifications replacing the existing slider which was wood. They were very skilled using a table saw and a chop saw to adjust the framing and flooring on site. They were competent, professional, and personable. The door looks fantastic, they did great work, and we couldn’t be happier. 👍👍👍👍

Thank you for our front door, Emerld City Energy! We absolutely love it! I am so thrilled that we went with the contemporary design. It is absolutely beautiful and let’s in so much light. Also, your install crew was fabulous, making sure everything was perfect before leaving. Thank you again for the wonderful service! My favorite home improvement we’ve made yet! Update: after several years of direct sun, the door frame began to warp. I contacted Emerald City Energy and they fixed it right away — quickly, efficiently, and under warranty! They are fabulous. And we still LOVE our door!
