Emerald City Energy was fantastic to work with. They were patient and accommodating for a lot of back and forth as we decided on the type of windows and prices that fit best with our home and budget. The installation process was even better, with the team led by Tipton. Super friendly, calm, positive, team with great communication, they got the job done quickly, quietly, and with quality, even when there was a freak August rainstorm for one full day of the two day installation. We upgraded all 9 windows on our ground floor, each with their own style and specifications, and they look amazing! We’re enjoying the upgrade even more than we hoped for, and excited to have the improved windows for the rest of Summer and then to have for the first time during the coming chilly and rainy months. Highly recommend working with this company!

Emerald City Energy did an amazing job ordering and installing a door and screen door. Completely air tight and energy efficient. The staff friendly, knowledable, and trusting. I gave them 4 stars only because of scheduling.

Hi this is Megan B. I have never been so impressed with a team of craftsmen. My window crew came in to a condo with no square frames and expertly inserted five beautiful windows and an eight-foot sliding door in one day! Did I mention I am on the third floor as well? What a courteous and professional crew. They really went the extra mile hoisting my sliding door frame over the balcony. Incredible! I cannot thank them enough for transforming my space. I give my crew a ten out of ten. They even vacuumed before they left.

Perfect. Installer polite, neat and efficient

Just had a new door and window installed today by Emerald City Energy. I have to say, what a fantastic experience. The window itself was a fairly simple replacement of an old, broken-framed window with a new, Milgard window. However, my exterior door was a different story. Being that the exterior door is an atypical 30" wide door, and I really wanted a dog-door in the new one, my options were super limited. But Jackie worked with me for about two weeks to nail down the door, size, cutout for dog door, glass type, etc. I've got an e-mail chain that is over 20 long just going back-and-forth on options, what is available in that 30" size, colors, etc. The result? Everything showed up and got installed perfectly. Installation crew were friendly and professional. The install itself looks awesome. And all of this for a super small job...again, one window, one door. Their price is very reasonable and far less than some of the other companies, mainly because they didn't try to upsell me a stupid expensive door. The door I had installed is a back door onto a deck. I didn't need a $6,000 door that the other companies tried to sell me. Just a standard half-glass fiberglass door with a dog-door cutout. Still a good quality door and fits my needs perfectly. They even made recommendations like "buy your own hardware that we will install" to save around $600. I'm happy to pay a company good money to do good work and deal with me honestly. I felt like they worked with me honestly every step of the way.

The two workers were neat, cheerful, hardworking and professional. They finished the window installation job efficiently and well, and cleaned and vacuumed up dust as they moved from room to room. So glad we hired them!

Just had our windows replaced with Intermountain Glass/Emerald City Energy and the entire experience was fantastic.

We had two exterior doors and a window installed. Riley and Ritchie came in, got to work and got everything installed, sealed and looking fantastic. Riley communicated well and kept us informed of progress and notified us when anything changed. Even when he noticed our storm doors were ordered incorrectly, ne let us know immediatley and professionally. Riley went above and beyond to enable us to use our existing deadbolts by figuring out how they worked and re-installing them They were clean, polite and organized the whole time tbey were here. The quaity and attention to detail in their work was remarkable..With installers like this, I would use ECE again if I ever need doors or windows.

This business has excellent quality windows, etc, and can offer advice about any window issues. The staff is very friendly.
