They were able to solve problems creatively and effectively with things that came up, and always kept their great attitudes. Intermountain glass has been an excellent company to work with and I highly recommend them.

Emerald City Energy did a fantastic job with our windows installation. It was delivered and installed on time, the work areas were clean, runners put down on carpet. We also had broken glass from a weed eater incident replaced from a window we purchased a few years back from ECE. Quality product (Milgard) and most importantly the process was painless with fair & competitive pricing. Hats off to Tipton and his crew!

I had to fire a contractor for poor performance and failure to check the quality of his work. I was left with several tasks that had to be redone. After being introduced to Emerald City Energy Windows & Doors by McLendon's Home Service, I decided to give them a try. The front end planning and quoting process was easy, clear and complete. Scheduling the project yielded a schedule that considered our needs and dependencies. The team arrived on time and got right to work. They removed a 12 foot long folding glass wall and replaced it with a 3 foot door and a 9 foot picture window. The work was performed in an efficient manner with minimum mess and disruption to my home. When they left everything functioned correctly and there was no mess. There was a delay waiting for a special trim to arrive. I took advantage of the delay to inspect and operated all the components during the wait period. What I found was precision work and attention to detail. Case in point, the drywall screws were all set at the same depth. The trim arrived, the team arrived on schedule and custom fit the trim pieces. There was an open exchange of ideas and options to arrive at a finish that looks like it has always been part of the house. Would I hire this team for another project, yes, without hesitation.

We got estimates from three companies and Emerald City Energy had the best price for Milgard windows. Emerald City Energy kept us up to date on the progress of the window order. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. When it came time for the installation Emerald City Energy communicated to us what to expect and how to prepare for the installation. The installers, Tipton and Nelson, were great to work with. They kept us well informed on their arrival times and their progress during the installation. They did an excellent job. The Milgard windows look great and the installers attention to detail was welcomed. They cleaned up after their work and left our house looking great with new windows. I highly recommend Emerald City Energy.

What a painless experience! It’s stressful not having a sliding glass door work on your home—can’t lock it any more, it’s older than the Reagan administration and just needed to be brought into the 21st century—and a major security issue, even if I’m in a safe neighborhood. Emerald City Energy in Bothell were responsive, kind, and were on the spot getting a new model door that worked for the space and a flawless install that was done in the blink of an eye and left no mess behind! I’ll be reaching them for sure for any other door or window, and telling my fam about them :) thanks for your professional courtesy and genuine care and interest while helping me secure my home, and save on my HVAC bills!!

Hanson and his crew did an outstanding job renovating the windows and doors in our West Seattle home. They installed French double doors, a garden window, and replaced all our old, leaky aluminum windows. With so many windows and narrow walkways, it wasn’t the easiest job, but their skill and attention to detail were evident every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed perfectly, cleanly, and to the highest quality. The crew was friendly, professional, and trustworthy.
