Had two projects done this summer. Was able to go from quote to install very quick! Riley was very helpful figuring out how to get these internal windows installed.

The communication from the office was very efficient. The price was reasonable. The technician Riley showed up on time and was very respectful of my property. He took care to explain the process for the window replacement and exceeded my expectations.

I am so impressed with Emerald City Energy Windows & Doors. Getting an estimate was fast and easy. The installation of our new window went really smoothly, and it looks great. Throughout the whole process the staff was communicative and helpful. I'd absolutely use Emerald again for our next project.

They do quality work, they show up on time, and they are very easy to work with, they know what they are doing and they clean up when the job is finished. What more could you ask for on a home improvement project?

Got a biggish window replaced at pretty high up. Got a quote remotely, paid half, got a measurement, then was kept updated with good communication until the window arrived and was able to be installed. No hassle and transparent honest practices. Riley was great.

They did a great job on our project. Everyone was professional, friendly, and courteous. George provided a comprehensive, detailed estimate. Kyle was fantastic at keeping us informed, and Cory and Hansen did a wonderful job installing our windows and doing a build-in of a patio door taking extra care to keep things clean and dust-free.

We had windows and doors, both entry and sliding glass replaced by Emerald City through McLendons. These guys were great every step of the way--estimate, showroom, and installation. Everyone we encountered was knowledgeable, listened to what we needed and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend!

The installation was top notch and a full five stars I’d give them 10 but there’s only five here. The communication was great. The installers were clean and tidy and on time and they finished well above the estimated time and everything was clean when they left highly recommend the group thank you, and Corey did a great job too.

Overall great experience. Knowledgeable sales representative. We received a detailed quote. Windows were ordered, and I was kept in the loop on status of arrival the entire time. Once the installation date was set the installation crew was punctual and did a great job on the installation. Overall great communication.

We had our window replaced with Emerald City Energy. The whole process was super professional and clean. Everyone we engaged with from Frank (for estimates), Kyle (for project comms), and Tipton (measurements and installation) was helpful, professional, and considerate. We love our new window! I wish we had known beforehand that painting the trim would be done by another person as a separate appointment, not the same day as the install. Overall a great experience and we hope to replace additional windows with Emerald City Energy in the future.

After an initial communication snafu the Emerald City Team sharpened their responsiveness and did everything in their power to make two window replacements as professionally and efficiently done as possible. They scheduled the product installation as soon as possible so I could quickly relet my premises. Their installation team was beyond professional, comprehensive, and knowledgeable. (They should give caulking classes to the world. And did I mention how thorough their clean-up of the work area was?) These guys are EXPERTS. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone in need of a professional window replacement job. I live in security that the job was done RIGHT.
