Overall great experience. Knowledgeable sales representative. We received a detailed quote. Windows were ordered, and I was kept in the loop on status of arrival the entire time. Once the installation date was set the installation crew was punctual and did a great job on the installation. Overall great communication.

We had our window replaced with Emerald City Energy. The whole process was super professional and clean. Everyone we engaged with from Frank (for estimates), Kyle (for project comms), and Tipton (measurements and installation) was helpful, professional, and considerate. We love our new window! I wish we had known beforehand that painting the trim would be done by another person as a separate appointment, not the same day as the install. Overall a great experience and we hope to replace additional windows with Emerald City Energy in the future.

After an initial communication snafu the Emerald City Team sharpened their responsiveness and did everything in their power to make two window replacements as professionally and efficiently done as possible. They scheduled the product installation as soon as possible so I could quickly relet my premises. Their installation team was beyond professional, comprehensive, and knowledgeable. (They should give caulking classes to the world. And did I mention how thorough their clean-up of the work area was?) These guys are EXPERTS. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or refer them to anyone in need of a professional window replacement job. I live in security that the job was done RIGHT. Thank-you, Kyle and Tipton, for making this experience so pleasant.

Emerald City was one of the few window installation businesses I called that agreed to replace just one window in my home. They were friendly, professional, and responsive. Gave reasonable and honest quotes and the installation was done well. Really appreciated their integrity.

Great experience with Emerald City Energy. Tipton was professional, experienced, and did a great job installing our new door, not to mention VERY clean which I appreciated. The door shuts and opens beautifully, no gaps or problems of any kind. Would differently have them again.

We had a great experience. The quality of the door is top notch and the service was even better! Tipton was friendly, hardworking and professional. We had them install a skywall in May and because Tipton and co. did such a great job, we went with them for our new storm door, requesting Tipton for the install. Outstanding! 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Hanson and Corey arrived at the scheduled time and were friendly, experienced and professional. They were thorough and efficient with the replacement of our windows.

I had some seals in my Milgard wndows fail and ECE did the work to replace the glass for me. It was easy to work with them, one initial phone call and follow ups by text/email messages after that. RIley came out to take measurements and later came back when the glass was ready to do the actual replacement. The work was very well done.

I'll start by saying the installer that came to replace my glass was great. He was prompt, courteous, in and out and left no mess at all. The only negative is this was to replace a window that was previously installed by this company. The window had a crack that appear from the corner and went diagonally about 70% down. Somehow, this was not covered under the warranty (part of the reason I went with this company was the warranty). So this replacement was $800.

The window installation team was friendly and professional. They did an amazing job installing the new window and retaining the original 40-year old interior trim. Thorough job kaulking and sealing then perfect cleanup to complete the job.

Replaced our front doors recently and they did an excellent job. We’re extremely happy with the result and they were quick and efficient with the work. And cleaned up after themselves which we always appreciate!

Hanson and Corey did a great job installing my flooring in my family room. A few things I was appreciative of was the communication and promptness.They checked with me for a good time to begin the project, stated a time frame for completion and kept to this schedule. They actually finished a day early! And they played with my very vocal active doggie. I highly recommend Emerald City and hope to use them again soon for my door installation. Definitely 5 star!!!
